Altruist Group of Hotels is looking for experienced and enthusiastic

F&B Captains

to join our dynamic team in Mumbai and Hyderabad. As an F&B Captain, you will be responsible for supervising restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and supporting the team for smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities of the F&B service staff. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service. Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently. Assign tables and manage reservations efficiently. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the dining area. Provide training and guidance to junior staff. Maintain stock and inventory levels of F&B supplies. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Coordinate with the kitchen team for seamless service.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years

of experience in a similar F&B service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Flexible with work timings, including weekends and holidays. Hospitality qualification is a plus.
