Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily F&B service operations
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Brief and guide service staff during shifts
Take orders and handle guest requests/complaints
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management
2-4 years experience in F&B service (hotel/resort preferred)
Good communication and leadership skills
Willing to work flexible shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
