Job Description

Restaurant captains should be well-groomed, physically fit and customer-centric with excellent communication, observational and team management skills. They should also be able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Their duties include:

Customer service

: Ensuring guest satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service

Kitchen coordination

: Coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth operations

Cleanliness

: Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant

Guest interaction

: Interacting with guests to enhance their dining experience

Menu knowledge

: Being knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu and offerings, and being able to answer any questions that guests may have
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
