We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented

F&B Captain

to join our dynamic team at our luxury resort. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensure exceptional guest service, and lead the F&B team to uphold the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the activities of F&B service staff Ensure smooth restaurant operations and timely service Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation Handle guest queries and resolve complaints efficiently Assist in inventory control and ensure adherence to SOPs

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury or 5-star property Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and guest service abilities Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
