F&B Captain - Restaurant & Bar _Moira, Aldona, North?Goa_ Kish Hospitality Consultant is looking for an energetic F&B Captain to lead the restaurant and bar at a fast?growing eatery in Moira, Aldona. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and support the management team in achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Manage front?of?house operations for the restaurant and bar, including service flow, guest seating and order accuracy. - Supervise a team of servers, bartenders and kitchen stewards; coach and develop staff performance. - Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene (FSSAI/HACCP compliance). - Monitor inventory, control food & beverage costs, and optimise stock levels. - Develop upselling strategies to maximise average check size and promote bar specials. - Handle guest complaints promptly and maintain a positive dining experience. - Assist with menu planning, pricing and promotional activities as needed. Candidate Profile - Minimum 2-3?years experience in a similar F&B Captain or supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting. - Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, menu pairing and inventory management. - Proven ability to lead, motivate and train a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays. - Food safety certification (FSSAI, HACCP or equivalent) is a plus.
