Job Description

Supervision and Leadership:

Oversee the service team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring they adhere to service standards and policies.

Guest Service:

Welcome guests, assist with seating, address inquiries and complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.

Service Operations:

Manage the flow of service, including taking orders, ensuring timely food and beverage delivery, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Inventory and Cost Control:

Monitor and manage inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient use of supplies.

Staff Management:

Assist with recruiting, training, and evaluating service staff, providing guidance and support.

Up-selling and Sales:

Utilize up-selling techniques to increase revenue and promote special offers or menu items.

Communication and Collaboration:

Maintain effective communication with kitchen staff, other departments, and management to ensure seamless operations.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
