Key Responsibilities:
Supervise F&B service staff during shifts
Ensure proper table setup and service standards
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
Train and guide junior service staff
Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance
Skills Required:
Strong communication & leadership skills
Knowledge of food service and menu
Guest-handling and service etiquette
Team coordination ability
Qualification:
Hotel Management background preferred
2-5 years experience in F&B service
