We are looking for a polished and service-oriented F&B Captain from a luxury hospitality background to manage and deliver premium food & beverage services at the Corporate Office. The role requires maintaining five-star service standards, overseeing daily service operations, and ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience for senior management, guests, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day F&B service operations within the corporate office
Ensure luxury hospitality service standards are consistently met
Supervise stewards and pantry staff; manage duty rosters and grooming standards
Coordinate with kitchen and vendors for timely and high-quality food service
Handle VIP services, boardroom meetings, and executive dining requirements
Maintain hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance at all service areas
Monitor inventory, pantry supplies, and minimize wastage
Train staff on luxury service etiquettes and SOPs
Address service-related issues and ensure prompt resolution
Support management with reporting and service improvements

Job Expectations:
Candidate Profile
Experience as F&B Captain / Senior Steward preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of service etiquette, hygiene standards, and guest handling
Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused
Comfortable working in a corporate office hospitality environment
