Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented, customer-friendly Steward to join our service team. The ideal candidate should manage guest interactions with professionalism, ensure smooth table service, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating.
Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, cutlery, and service areas.
Serve dishes and beverages as per restaurant standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate and timely order delivery.
Follow hygiene and safety guidelines at all times.
Assist in setting up dining areas before service and closing duties after the shift.
Provide excellent guest service and handle basic guest concerns politely.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Steward or in food & beverage service preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
