KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise restaurant floor operations
Lead and train service staff
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
Manage table allocations and reservations
Coordinate with kitchen teams
Handle guest complaints professionally
Maintain hygiene and service standards
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2-3 years of F&B service experience
Strong leadership & communication skills
Pleasant personality & customer-oriented approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of restaurant service standards
