Work Location: Thrissur, Kerala - Dass Continental (4-Star Hotel)

About Us:

Dass Continental, a reputed 4-star hotel in Thrissur, is known for its excellence in hospitality and dining experiences. We are seeking a professional and guest-oriented F&B Captain to supervise service operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Role Overview:

The Captain will oversee the restaurant service team, manage guest interactions, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires leadership skills, strong service knowledge, and the ability to maintain high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant and banquet operations. Greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely and accurate service. Allocate duties to service staff and monitor performance. Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally. Train and guide stewards to maintain 4-star service standards. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness, table setups, and overall service ambiance. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant experience. Minimum 2 years of experience as Captain/Head Waiter in a 4-star hotel or reputed restaurant. Strong communication and leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of food & beverage service operations. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
