Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant or dining area staff.
Ensure smooth service operations and maintain high guest satisfaction.
Assign tables, take orders, and ensure timely food and beverage service.
Train and guide wait staff and stewards on service standards and etiquette.
Handle guest complaints and provide quick resolutions.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
Maintain inventory of cutlery, crockery, and equipment.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service etiquette.
Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred.
