Brief the team before each shift about daily specials, reservations, and VIP guests.
Assign duties and monitor performance of waitstaff, ensuring service standards are met.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in dining and service areas.
Maintain proper communication between kitchen and service teams.
