Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Food and Beverage Captain at an upcoming American Diner- "Popes" located in Gurgaon. The Food and Beverage Captain will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring service standards are met, managing food service activities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication.

Qualifications

Supervisory skills, service standards, and food service experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lead and manage a team Knowledge of food and beverage operations Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the hospitality industry is a must Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
