Job Description

Guest Interaction:

Greet guests, take orders, handle inquiries, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Team Management:

Supervise and train service staff, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to service standards.

Service Operations:

Oversee the smooth functioning of the outlet, including setup, pre-service preparations, and service delivery.

Menu Knowledge:

Possess a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and any dietary restrictions.

Inventory Control:

Assist in managing inventory levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring sufficient supplies.

Revenue Generation:

Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase revenue.

Cost Control:

Help maintain financial discipline by controlling expenses and minimizing wastage.

Problem Solving:

Address guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
