Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
Lead and motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service.
Greet and interact with guests, take orders, and ensure all guest needs are met promptly and professionally.
Ensure table settings, food presentation, and cleanliness meet restaurant standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service and special requests.
Handle guest complaints gracefully and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating service staff.
Maintain inventory of dining room supplies and assist with stock management.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards in the restaurant.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as F&B Captain or similar role in a restaurant or hotel.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Konkani/Hindi is an advantage.
Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
