The responsibility of the F & B captain are..... 1, Guest Service - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs. Maintain high level product knowledge regarding the menu and specials. 2, Management - Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff and delegate task , guidance, training and performance feedback to staff members. 3, Service Excellence - Monitor service standard to maintain quality and ensure timely delivery of food to guests. 4, Inventory Management and reporting daily reports on sales , reservation and customer feedback. And need minimum 2 - 3 year experience in the hospitality industry. 5, Reporting Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb928,000.00 per month Benefits:
