Role Summary:
The Head - Food & Beverage (Corporate Office) will be responsible for managing and supervising all Food & Beverage operations at the corporate headquarters of Della Group. The role involves overseeing executive dining, staff cafeteria, pantry services, and corporate catering while ensuring premium service standards, hygiene, cost control, and alignment with Della's luxury brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day F&B operations at the corporate headquarters
Oversee executive dining, staff cafeteria, pantry services, and meeting/event catering
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, presentation, and service
Coordinate F&B requirements for corporate meetings, events, and VIP guests
Manage and evaluate external caterers, vendors, and service partners
Negotiate contracts and ensure cost control and budget adherence
Implement SOPs for food safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance (FSSAI, audits)
Monitor inventory, consumption, and wastage control
Supervise F&B staff, duty rosters, training, and performance
Coordinate with Admin, HR, Housekeeping, and Facilities teams
Handle feedback, complaints, and continuous service improvements
Prepare MIS reports on costs, vendor performance, and compliance

Candidate Profile:
Experience in corporate offices, luxury hospitality, hotels, or premium business centers preferred
Strong vendor management and budgeting skills
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
