Customer Service Executive
to join our team for upcoming outlet (Chayoos) in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and take orders with a friendly attitude
Prepare beverages (tea/coffee) and quick-service food items as per Chaayos standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet
Assist in billing and cash/card transactions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
Requirement
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of food service operations
Ability to work in shifts
Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer-centric approach
