The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service in the hotel's restaurants, banquets, or in-room dining outlets. The role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food & beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly, following hotel service standards.
Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently, escalating issues when required.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Assist with buffet setup, banquet service, or in-room dining orders when required.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Process guest bills accurately and handle payments as per hotel policies.
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
