Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring correct presentation and portioning.
Ensure tables and service areas are clean, tidy, and well-set at all times.
Handle guest complaints or requests politely and report to the supervisor if needed.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service, hygiene, and safety.
Assist in setting up and breaking down buffets, banquets, or special events.
Process billing and handle cash or card payments as per company policy.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and quality service.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
