is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service. The role involves taking guest orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding Flurys' premium service standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service & Operations:
Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, escalating to the supervisor when required.
Ensure the dining area, counters, and service stations are clean and organized.
Sales & Upselling:
Suggest menu items and promote daily specials or new offerings to guests.
Support in achieving outlet sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Coordination & Teamwork:
Work closely with the kitchen and bakery team to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with fellow associates to maintain workflow and service quality.
Hygiene & Compliance:
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per company policy.
Ensure proper handling of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment.
Adhere to all SOPs and quality control measures set by Flurys.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 10+2 / Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years in F&B service, cafe, or quick-service restaurant environment (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric attitude
Basic knowledge of F&B operations and POS systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts
