Responsible for delivering excellent food & beverage service to guests in resort restaurant / cafe / banquet areas and ensuring high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests, assist with seating & ensure good table service.
Take orders, serve food & beverages as per resort standards.
Maintain table setup, cleanliness, cutlery & buffet arrangements.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar & service team for smooth order flow.
Handle guest queries professionally & take feedback.
Follow hygiene, grooming standards & resort SOPs.
Support billing process & settlement at counter when required.
Profile Requirements:
Diploma/Graduate in Hospitality preferred.
0-2 years experience in hotel / resort / restaurant service.
Good communication & customer service skills.
Pleasant personality & service-oriented attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
