The F&B Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service by ensuring food and beverages are served promptly, courteously, and in accordance with service standards. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests with menu choices, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure correct orders are delivered.
Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints courteously.
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area.
Follow all standard operating procedures and service standards.
Maintain stock levels of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Assist in setting up and closing of restaurant outlets.
Support in banquet or event service when required.
