The Food & Beverage Associate ensures exceptional guest service across all dining areas of the hotel. This role supports daily restaurant operations, maintains service standards, and contributes to creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages following hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
Prepare the restaurant for service (mise-en-place, table setup, stock replenishment).
Support buffet setup, clearance, and refilling.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Process billing and ensure accurate cash/card transactions.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines at all times.
Assist in banquet operations as required.
Uphold brand standards and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in F&B service, restaurant operations, or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and multitask.
Basic knowledge of food & beverage services, menu items, and service etiquette.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude, grooming standards, and a passion for hospitality.
