Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
Serve food and beverages promptly as per restaurant standards
Ensure cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
Handle customer queries and ensure guest satisfaction
Follow hygiene, safety, and service SOPs
Assist in billing and cash handling if required
Coordinate with kitchen and team members for smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months experience
as an F&B Service Associate or Trainee
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
Good communication skills (local language and basic English preferred)
Friendly attitude with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in highway restaurant or fast-paced food service environment
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
