This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a genuine love for service make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and escort guests, delivering a warm and consistent experience from arrival to departure Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Handle cash and digital payments with accuracy Assist Captains and Managers with restaurant/cafe setup and daily operations Run food and beverages efficiently and ensure side stations are fully stocked Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations Organize and restock retail shelves (Bombay Sweet Shop locations) Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines Support daily operational tasks including packaging preparation and stock replenishment
Who We're Looking For

Enthusiastic, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment A team player who works well under pressure Guest-focused with a positive, "can-do" attitude Flexible with working hours and shift schedules
Skills & Experience

0-4 years of experience (restaurant or customer service experience preferred) Basic English communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills for billing and transactions Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage Physically fit to stand and stay active for extended hours
