F&B Associate

, you are the backbone of our front-of-house operations. Whether you are at

Veronica's

you will play an essential role in delivering the kind of hospitality that leaves guests coming back for more.

You will work hand-in-hand with our Captains and Managers to ensure the restaurant or cafe runs smoothly, tables are set perfectly, and guests feel cared for from the moment they walk in. This is a dynamic role where you'll be on your feet, staying proactive, and keeping our spaces in tip-top shape while providing seamless service with a smile.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR



Service Excellence:

Greet and escort guests, providing a warm, professional, and consistent experience from arrival to departure.

Order & Transaction Management:

Accurately take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and handle cash/digital payments with precision.

Support & Collaboration:

Assist Captains with restaurant setup, running food and drinks, and ensuring side stations are fully stocked.

Store & Dining Operations:

Organize and restock retail shelves (at BSS), maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, and ensure tables are set to Hunger Inc. standards.

Sanitation & Safety:

Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both guests and the team.

Daily Duties:

Assist with packaging preparation, stock replenishment, and other operational tasks as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE



Experience:

0-4 years. Prior experience in customer service or restaurant environments is preferred for restaurant placements.

Communication:

Basic English and strong interpersonal skills for effective team coordination and guest interaction.

Technical & Math:

Basic math skills for transactions; experience with POS systems is a plus.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
