Key Responsibilities

Service Excellence

Greet and escort guests warmly, ensuring a consistent and memorable experience from arrival to departure Maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Order & Transaction Management

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Handle cash and digital transactions efficiently and accurately

Support & Team Collaboration

Assist Captains and Managers with restaurant setup and daily operations Run food and beverages promptly and correctly Ensure side stations are stocked and organized

Store & Dining Operations

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas and service stations Set tables according to Hunger Inc. standards Organize and restock retail shelves (Bombay Sweet Shop locations)

Sanitation & Safety

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Daily Operational Support

Assist with packaging preparation, stock replenishment, and other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience

Experience:

0-4 years (prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred)

Communication:

Basic English and strong interpersonal skills

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage

Numerical Skills:

Basic math for billing and transactions

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and stay active for long periods
