Role Brief:

We are looking to hire F&B Sales Associates whose primary responsibility is to ensure guests have a pleasant and seamless experience during their visit to our outlet. The role involves guest engagement, assisting in purchases, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting & welcoming guests

Enhancing guest satisfaction

Providing knowledge on products, promotions & offers

Upselling of products

Adhering to SOPs laid by the organization

Maintaining outlet cleanliness at all times

Handling system billing

Inventory management

Addressing guest grievances

Collaborating with team members to achieve targets

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 6 months of experience in Hospitality / Food industry with sales exposure Good communication skills Team player Result-oriented, with strong motivation for self-growth Well-groomed & presentable
