Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service:

Greet guests, present menus, take orders accurately, serve food/beverages, check on satisfaction, and handle complaints professionally.

Operations:

Set tables, clean dining areas/equipment, process payments (POS systems), and restock supplies.

Coordination:

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff about orders, allergies, and product availability.

Hygiene & Safety:

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food storage and labeling.

Inventory:

Assist with counting, organizing, and restocking F&B items.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills. Knowledge of menu items and service standards. High school diploma or equivalent (often preferred). Physical ability to lift, carry, and stand for long periods.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
