F&B Associate

Outlet:

FOO Asian Tapas- Orion (Pre opening)

Brand:

Pebble Street Hospitality

Preferred Candidate:

Hospitality fresher passouts or equivalent.

Guest service:

Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations, and respond to inquiries or complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.

Order fulfillment:

Accurately input orders, retrieve food and beverages, and serve them to customers in a timely fashion.

Payment processing:

Handling transactions and process payments accurately.

Maintaining a clean environment:

Ensure dining areas, service stations, and tables are clean, organized, and properly set.

Compliance:

Adhere to all health, safety, and company regulations.

Inventory and stock:

Assist with managing stock, restocking supplies, and monitoring inventory levels.

Team collaboration:

Work with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Upselling:

Promote suitable products and specials to guests.

Problem-solving:

Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly
