The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering excellent guest service in the restaurant by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, following service standards, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and drinks promptly.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up.
Handle payments and process guest bills correctly.
Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Refill supplies and assist in stock management when required.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
Address guest requests or complaints politely and efficiently.
Support team members during busy service periods.
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training is an advantage).
