The Counter Care Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at the counter, managing guest orders efficiently, maintaining product display, and ensuring smooth daily counter operations in line with Flurys' brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers courteously at the counter with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and process them through POS systems.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and card payments responsibly.
Ensure timely and correct delivery of food and beverage orders to customers.
Maintain product display counters -- ensuring freshness, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal.
Upsell and promote menu items or ongoing offers to enhance customer experience and sales.
Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards at the counter as per company policies.
Assist in daily stock checking, refilling, and product labeling.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth order flow.
Handle customer feedback or concerns politely and escalate when necessary.
Follow grooming, service, and operational standards set by Flurys.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years in a cafe, bakery, or F&B service environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with customer-oriented approach.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment.
Basic knowledge of POS operations and billing.
