Balaji Caterers are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as

F&B Associates / Customer Service Associates

.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers professionally and promptly. Take and process customer orders accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the service counter and dining area. Support food preparation, plating, and service as required. Ensure smooth and quick service during peak hours. Handle billing, cash, and POS operations. Manage customer queries and ensure excellent customer service. Follow all SOPs related to food handling, safety, and hygiene. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, or QSRs (Freshers are also welcome). Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Hotel Management candidates preferred. Good communication and customer-service skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Positive attitude, teamwork, and adaptability
