Assist in preparation and serving of food & beverages as per recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Ensure stock is managed properly (ingredients, disposables, and supplies).
Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for daily requirements.
2. Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take orders with accuracy.
Suggest menu items, up-sell specials, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve basic customer complaints in a polite and professional manner.
3. Cash & Counter Management
Manage the billing system and ensure accurate cash/card/UPI transactions.
Maintain daily cash reports and balance the counter at shift close.
Ensure smooth takeaway and dine-in service flow.
4. General Responsibilities
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines).
Support in opening/closing duties of the cafe.
Work as a team to maintain cafe ambience and service quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma/Certification in F&B/Hotel Management preferred.
1-2 years of cafe/restaurant experience preferred (freshers with good attitude can apply).
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Local language).
