Waiter / Steward

Role Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional dining experiences by delivering prompt service, maintaining professionalism, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them to their tables Take food & beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen Serve dishes and beverages with proper etiquette Ensure tables are set, clean, and well-maintained Check on guests' satisfaction and handle requests promptly Process bills and manage payments Maintain hygiene and follow all safety standards Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations

Requirements

Minimum 6 months-1 year experience preferred (freshers with good attitude also considered) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy hours Presentable, polite, and team-oriented Basic knowledge of F&B service Flexibility to work weekends and shifts
