Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Set up and prepare dining and buffet areas according to the service standards. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the service areas, dining tables, and equipment. Assist with the setup and clearing of banquet functions or conference rooms. Replenish supplies such as cutlery, crockery, condiments, and beverages. Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions. Report any guest complaints or service issues to the supervisor immediately. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth F&B operations.
