We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Ambassador to join our team in the beautiful city of Udaipur, India. As an F&B Ambassador, you will be the face of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Rajasthan and beyond.
Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and professional atmosphere
Offer expert recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and local specialties
Educate guests about the history and cultural significance of various dishes and beverages
Collaborate with the kitchen team to stay informed about daily specials and menu changes
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach
Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods
Assist in organizing and executing special events and themed dining experiences
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Contribute to the development of new menu items and dining concepts
Collect and provide feedback to management on guest preferences and satisfaction
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests effectively
Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, including local Rajasthani cuisine and international offerings
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
Proficiency in using POS systems and reservation software
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Food safety certification preferred
Understanding of wine and beverage pairings
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices
Knowledge of local Rajasthani culture and traditions
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
