We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Ambassador to join our team in the beautiful city of Jaipur, India. As an F&B Ambassador, you will be the face of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Rajasthan and beyond.

Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and professional atmosphere Offer expert recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and local specialties Educate guests about the history and cultural significance of various dishes and beverages Collaborate with the kitchen team to stay informed about daily specials and menu changes Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods Assist in organizing and executing special events and themed dining experiences Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Contribute to the development of new menu items and dining concepts * Collect and provide feedback to management on guest preferences and satisfaction
