We are looking for FM Specialist who can work and improve the delivery of the project covering the 4G/5G network

As part of our team you will perform below tasks among the others in this role \xe2\x80\xa6

\xc2\xb7 Fault management/configuration of 5G SA Core Network.

\xc2\xb7 Coordination with Project teams for HLD/LLD/TOL/Design reviews

\xc2\xb7 Hand in Hand coordination with project for network integration activities

\xc2\xb7 Handle the Trouble ticket/CR within SLA

\xc2\xb7 Customer Issue handling and ensuring the end customer services are maintained

\xc2\xb7 MOP/WI preparation for the activities and new learnings

\xc2\xb7 Prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node / System

\xc2\xb7 Coordinating with care team for finding and analyzing the RCAs

\xc2\xb7 Guiding team members to execute complex & critical configuration changes

\xc2\xb7 Tracking of issues related to tools and timely escalation as per pre-defined matrix

\xc2\xb7 Attending governance call with region and internal teams. Also responsible for analyzing and implementation of feedbacks from customers.

Your skills and experience

You have\xe2\x80\xa6

\xc2\xb7 relevant technical experience on Ericsson Packet Core Domain (5G Core Nodes AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF and LTE Nodes - MME, EPG SGW/PGW, PCRF).

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on Cloud Native Architecture and experience on Microservices, Kubernetes, Dockers, Containers

\xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge on LTE and 5G EPC / 5G Core Architecture Interface and Protocols.

\xc2\xb7 Hands on Experience on 5G/LTE/VoLTE E2E call flows

\xc2\xb7 Good exposure in IMS architecture with all the nodes

\xc2\xb7 Good Understanding on Service Based Architecture concepts/Network Slicing

\xc2\xb7 Call flows of 5G / LTE like Registration, Re-Registration, De-Registration, VoLTE Call, Break-in / Break-Out, Hand-over, roaming etc

\xc2\xb7 Vendor experience of Ericsson/5G Core Nodes AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF, and LTE Nodes - MME, EPG SGW/PGW, PCRF
