Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant functioning.

Monitor customer service and ensure fast and pleasant dining experience.
Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
Manage schedules, staff allocation, and shift operations.
Handle stock control, inventory monitoring, and reduce wastage using FIFO.
Oversee order accuracy, kitchen service timings, and workflow.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure repeat business.
Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reporting.
Maintain overall cleanliness, equipment checks, and operational compliance.
