Key Responsibilities:
Video Production & Shooting:
Shoot high-quality
fashion product videos, behind-the-scenes content, campaign shoots, and festive collections
Capture engaging
vertical content
for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media ads
Handle camera operations, lighting setups, and on-site production independently or with a small creative team
Direct models/talent for product shoots and lifestyle content
Set up and execute shoots for
seasonal collections, festive campaigns, and trend-driven fashion content
Video Editing & Post-Production:
Edit raw footage into polished, trend-aligned videos using transitions, music, text animations, and effects
Perform
color correction, audio syncing, and basic motion graphics
aligned with brand aesthetics
Create fast-paced, engaging edits optimized for
Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
Maintain quick turnaround times for time-sensitive fashion content and trending topics
Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual style, and messaging across all video content
Content Planning & Trend Monitoring:
Collaborate with marketing and design teams for concept development and campaign planning
Stay updated with
fashion content trends, Instagram/YouTube formats, and viral video styles
Suggest new creative formats, storytelling angles, and production techniques
Organize and archive video footage and assets for future use
Must-Have Requirements:
Experience:
1-3 years of experience
in videography and video editing
Fashion, lifestyle, or apparel brand experience strongly preferred
(portfolio required)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software
Strong command of
camera handling, composition, framing, and lighting setups
Deep understanding of
Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and vertical video formats
Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and basic motion graphics
Creative & Soft Skills:
Strong
visual storytelling abilities
with a keen eye for fashion aesthetics
Creative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Understanding of fashion styling, product presentation, and brand tone
Nice-to-Have (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
Prior experience creating
fashion reels, product showcase videos, or brand campaigns
Portfolio showcasing
fashion/lifestyle content
(not weddings, events, or corporate videos)
Familiarity with
drone videography, gimbal work, or advanced lighting techniques
Experience working with
fashion influencers or models
Knowledge of
trend forecasting in fashion content
Comfortable with
flexible timings during campaign periods
(fashion shoots can extend beyond standard hours)
