global and local fashion trends, runway collections, cultural movements, and consumer behaviors
to inspire upcoming Wabric collections. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to
translate insights into actionable ideas
. This is an
unpaid traineeship program (6-8 Weeks)
where you will gain hands-on experience.
Only students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Master's in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fashion Communication, and or relevant fields may apply. Selection will be based on interview performance. Candidates must be available for full-time (Remote) traineeship.
Key Responsibilities
Research
global and Indian fashion trends
across seasons, categories, and demographics.
Track
runway shows, celebrity styles, streetwear, and social media fashion movements
.
Analyze
trend forecasting reports, retail insights, and competitor analysis
.
Create
trend boards, mood boards, and seasonal reports
for the design team.
Support in identifying
color, fabric, silhouette, and style directions
.
Assist in
translating trend insights into design and marketing strategies
.
Document research findings into
structured reports and presentations
.
Explore
emerging cultural, social, and lifestyle influences
on fashion.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong interest in
fashion, culture, and design movements

Research, observation, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of
trend forecasting platforms
(e.g., WGSN, Vogue Runway, Fashion Snoops) is a plus.
Ability to create
visual presentations/mood boards
using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.

global + Indian fashion sensibilities
