Fashion Consultant

to join our team and be the voice of our brand across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

customer queries

via Email, WhatsApp, and Phone calls with professionalism and empathy. Provide

fashion consultation

by suggesting products, styling tips, and size guidance. Assist customers with

order updates, exchanges, returns, and complaints resolution

. Maintain a positive customer experience by offering quick and clear communication. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, marketing) for smooth resolution of customer concerns. Keep records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service. Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high retention and repeat sales.

Requirements:

Previous experience in

customer service / client relations

, preferably in fashion or retail. Strong knowledge of

fashion trends, fabrics, and styling

. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written & spoken). Proficiency in using

WhatsApp Business, Email tools, and basic Excel

Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions across platforms. A friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
