Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Fashion Stylist & Consultant

to join our creative team in Malad, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least

3 years of professional experience

in styling and consulting, with a strong understanding of Indian ethnic wear and saree draping. This role involves client styling, accessory sourcing, on-camera presence, and social media content creation. A keen eye for trends, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to create unique style solutions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Styling & Consultation

Offer personalized styling consultations based on client preferences, body types, and occasions. Curate complete looks for personal styling, shoots, events, and editorials. Demonstrate expertise in

Indian ethnic wear and saree draping

. Maintain client profiles, mood boards, and style recommendations.

Accessory & Jewelry Sourcing

Source statement accessories, jewelry, and styling elements for shoots and campaigns. Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate rentals/purchases, and handle returns.

Client Relationship Management

Build lasting relationships and provide top-tier customer service. Guide clients toward well-informed fashion choices and drive conversions. Maintain and update a client database for recurring styling opportunities.

On-Camera Styling & Content Creation

Comfortable appearing on camera

for styling videos, Instagram Reels, tutorials, and virtual consultations. Share

styling tips

via social media to engage and educate followers. Contribute to brand visibility through

on-camera styling demos and fashion advice

Trend & Market Awareness

Stay updated on local and international fashion trends, designers, and collections. Conduct market research to inform styling decisions and content planning.

Sales & Business Development

Support in boosting sales through strategic styling and consultation. Collaborate on marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, and client activations.

Collaboration & Events

Work closely with in-house stylists, makeup artists, photographers, and designers. Assist in planning and executing fashion exhibitions and special events.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Fashion Stylist or Consultant. Proficiency in Indian ethnic wear and saree draping is a must. Strong camera presence and content creation skills (Instagram, Reels, virtual styling). Excellent communication, client engagement, and persuasive sales skills. Knowledge of styling tools and digital platforms for mood boards and presentations. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Styling, Design, or related field (preferred). A styling portfolio with visual samples and client testimonials is highly desirable.
