About the Role

The label is looking for a well-spoken, detail-obsessed, creatively strong Fashion Stylist who understands menswear, contemporary Indian fashion, and aesthetic. This role requires someone who can work closely with the founder and design team to style collections, campaigns, shoots, celebrity looks, fittings, and brand events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Styling & Creative Direction

Style looks for campaigns, photoshoots, celebrity appearances, red carpets, brand events, and digital content. Maintain the KR design language across all styling outputs. Create mood boards, styling references, and look books for collections and shoots. Assist in curating runway looks and backstage styling during shows.

2. Client & Celebrity Styling

Conduct fittings with celebrities, influencers, and high-net-worth clients. Provide styling recommendations aligned with the client's personality and KR's brand ethos. Coordinate alterations, garment readiness, accessories, and final look delivery.

3. Inventory & Sample Management

Manage samples for shoots, PR pulls, celebrity requests, and collaborations. Maintain a detailed tracker for outfits, accessories, and returns. Ensure garments are steamed, prepped, and shoot-ready at all times.

4. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with the production, design, embroidery, and merchandising teams to ensure outfits are ready on time. Interact professionally with PR agencies, stylists, managers, and industry teams. Support in execution during shoots, events, and fashion weeks.

5. Content & Brand Support

Assist in styling for social media content, editorial features, and digital campaigns. Work with the creative team to ensure visual consistency across brand platforms. Provide input for campaigns, storytelling, and seasonal styling directions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of contemporary fashion and menswear trends. Excellent sense of aesthetics, fabric knowledge, colour pairing, and silhouettes. Highly organised with an eye for detail and precision. Strong communication skills -- confident, articulate, and client-facing. Ability to multitask and work in high-pressure environments (shoot days, fittings, deadlines). Strong network or experience working with stylists, celebrities, or editorial teams is a plus. Proficiency in creating mood boards, styling decks, and visual references.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
