Job Description

Collaborate with photographers, models, makeup artists, and creative directors to execute the brand vision. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends, designers, fabrics, and styling techniques. Source and select clothing, accessories, and props for various shoots and events. Coordinate fittings and oversee wardrobe preparation, including steaming, pinning, and alterations. Build and maintain relationships with designers, PR agencies, and showrooms to access wardrobe pieces. Create mood boards and lookbooks to communicate style concepts and visual direction. Ensure proper care, return, and tracking of all borrowed or purchased fashion items. Monitor and manage the styling budget for shoots and projects. Apply makeup for various occasions, including brand photo shoots and studios. Customize makeup looks based on client preferences, facial features, and themes. Create hairstyles suitable for different settings, including casual, formal, and artistic designs. Assess client needs and provide recommendations for makeup and hairstyles. Communicate effectively to ensure satisfaction with final results. Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty, makeup, and hairstyling. Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace and tools. Ensure makeup and hair products are well-stocked and organized. Work closely with photographers, directors, stylists, and event planners to deliver cohesive results. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to achieve desired aesthetics.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a fashion stylist, either freelance or in-house. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styling work. Excellent knowledge of fashion history, trends, designers, and materials. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Degree in Fashion Design, Styling, or related field . Proven experience as a Makeup and Hair Artist (portfolio required). Certification or formal training in cosmetology, makeup artistry, or hairstyling (preferred). Proficiency in makeup techniques, including airbrushing, contouring, and SFX makeup. Strong hairstyling skills, including updos, braiding, and modern hair trends. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
