We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Fashion Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, team supervision, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and styling advice Train, motivate, and manage store staff to ensure smooth functioning Track sales targets and implement strategies to boost revenue Manage stock levels, order replenishments, and conduct regular inventory checks Handle customer queries, concerns, and returns professionally Ensure store displays and cleanliness are always up to brand standards Report to business owner with regular updates on performance and store needs Become a right hand/assistant of the owner , Owner details will be mentioned below. Should be able to gather ideas for more sales - Online/In-store. Should be able to shoot videos and make content for our Instagram page. She should be presentable , well spoken , dressed up with makeup everyday . Should be from fashion background.

Requirements:

1 + years experience in fashion retail or boutique management preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and creative softwares. Passion for fashion trends and styling Ability to lead a small team and handle pressure Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Social media understanding for store promotions Styling or fashion design background Visual merchandising experience Aesthetic knowledge.
