The Store Growth & Expansion Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of an existing premium fashion store by identifying opportunities for physical expansion, format enhancement, and market reach. The role focuses on scaling the current store model into additional locations while preserving brand identity, customer experience, and premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a structured expansion roadmap based on the success of the existing store
Identify nearby or similar premium locations for replication of the current store format
Analyze store performance, customer profile, and sales data to guide expansion decisions
Recommend store size, layout, and format improvements based on customer behavior
Coordinate with design, VM, operations, and supply chain teams for expansion readiness
Manage pilot expansions or additional store rollouts based on the current store model
Ensure consistency in brand experience, aesthetics, and service standards
Oversee timelines, budgets, and execution for expansion projects
Monitor post-expansion performance and optimize strategies accordingly
Build relationships with landlords, mall management, and real estate partners
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
Strong understanding of premium fashion retail operations and store economics
Experience in scaling a successful retail store or boutique concept
Ability to translate store-level insights into expansion strategy
Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel for expansion planning and execution
Experience:
4-8 years of experience in premium fashion retail expansion or store development
Experience working with established premium or luxury retail stores preferred
